When do the calls take place?

Every Thursday, 12:00โ€“1:00 PM EDT, for the full 12 weeks, next Cohort StartDate Is To Be Determined. If you're accepted, that's the one hour a week to build your schedule around.

How is this different from the DeepClean membership?

The membership is built for steady, self-paced progress at scale. The cohort is a small, high-touch intensive โ€” weekly live coaching, direct access to Sathiya, and a more advanced curriculum focused on root causes, with a stronger emphasis on Inner Child work. It's for members ready to go deeper, faster, with more support.

What if I'm not selected for this round?

Every application is reviewed personally, and accepted applicants move to a 15-minute interview with Sathiya before a seat is confirmed. Because capacity is capped at 8 men, not everyone who applies will get in this round โ€” if that happens, you'll stay on the priority list for the next cohort.

What's the weekly time commitment?

Plan on a 60-minute live coaching call each week, plus time for your weekly implementation assignment. Most men spend 2โ€“3 hours a week total between the call, the work, and engaging with the group.

Do I need to already be a DeepClean member?

No โ€” the cohort is open to committed men whether or not you're currently a member, however active members of DeepClean get first access to the spots before they are made available to the general public.

Is this confidential?

Yes. What's shared inside the cohort stays inside the cohort. Trust and confidentiality are what make the deeper, more vulnerable work possible in the first place.

What's your refund policy?

All sales are final once you're accepted and enrolled. Because capacity is capped at 8 men, holding your seat means another applicant is turned away โ€” so we ask you to apply only when you're genuinely ready to commit for the full 12 weeks, whether paying in full or on the payment plan.

What if I relapse during the 12 weeks?

A relapse doesn't get you removed from the cohort. This program exists precisely because willpower alone hasn't been enough, if it happens, you bring it into the room, and the group and coaching work with you through it rather than around it. Imperfect action beats perfection every single time.

What if I miss a weekly call?

Every session is recorded, so you can catch up if a call time conflicts with your schedule. That said, live attendance is where the hot-seat coaching and group accountability happen, so it's built for men who can show up most weeks.

Do I need to leave the standard membership to join the cohort?

No. The cohort runs alongside your existing DeepClean membership, not instead of it. We highly recommend you keep everything you already have access to, it serves as a complement while also serving as a long-term momentum plan after the cohort is complete.

What happens after the 12 weeks end?

You'll graduate back into the standard DeepClean membership with the relationships and progress you built carried forward. Additionally, many graduates go on to mentor or lead within the wider DeepClean community.
