DeepClean provides educational content, coaching services, memberships, digital products, community access, events, and related resources focused on personal growth, recovery, relationships, and lifestyle development.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without liability.

ACCOUTNS AND ACCESS

Some services may require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• not share your account access with others; and

• notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security concerns.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

PAYMENTS

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

By making a purchase, you agree that:

• you are authorized to use the payment method provided; and

• you will pay all applicable fees and charges.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, unauthorized transactions, or service availability issues.

REFUND POLICY

COACHING AND EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER

Our services are educational and coaching-based in nature and are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or therapeutic services.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.

You understand and agree that:

• individual results will vary;

• we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results;

• all decisions and actions you take are your own responsibility; and

• you should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

Your use of our services is voluntary and at your own risk.

USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• violate any laws or regulations;

• infringe on intellectual property rights;

• distribute harmful software or malicious code;

• attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;

• harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others;

• post unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or offensive content;

• interfere with the operation or security of the services; or

• use the services for unauthorized commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

COMMUNITIES AND GUIDELINES

Some services may include access to online communities, group coaching environments, forums, chats, or membership platforms.

We aim to maintain respectful, constructive, and supportive communities.

We reserve the right to remove any member, post, or content at our sole discretion if behavior is disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, harmful, or inconsistent with the values or purpose of the community.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, branding, videos, graphics, downloads, course materials, frameworks, text, and other intellectual property provided through our services are owned by or licensed to DeepClean™ Coaching Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use purchased materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• distribute,

• modify,

• republish,

• sell,

• share,

• record,

• or commercially exploit

any part of our services or materials without prior written permission.

TESTIMONIALS AND USER CONTENT

If you voluntarily submit testimonials, comments, reviews, feedback, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and share that content for business, marketing, and promotional purposes.

We will not publicly share private client information in a misleading or deceptive manner.

Some testimonials, stories, or examples presented through our services may be composite representations created from multiple client experiences. These composites are used solely to protect client privacy and confidentiality. Any composite stories will be presented in a manner that is truthful, representative, and not materially misleading regarding the results or experiences described. 

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

Our services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or tools.

We are not responsible for:

• third-party content,

• availability,

• security,

• or practices.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
