Amazing Resource for Those Wanting to End Addiction

Most coaching books are set up to be about 50 pages of info and the rest is just filler. This is NOT one of those books. If you are struggling with ANY addiction you should read this book. However if you are struggling with a porn addiction, you NEED to read this book. I wish I had it when I first started to get clean from porn.

Not just fluff!

Haven't finished the book yet. However, it has already been very enriching. Made my first vision board and do journaling daily. A solid book rooted in the word of God that will provide growth and healing in overcoming p*rn addiction. Highly recommend.

I recommend this Book

All this started when I followed him on Instagram. He instantly messaged me. curious of what my personal story of addiction. And gave me a free pdf of his book. More than a week later I decided to go the extra mile with buying audio and physical version of the book. Honestly I have no interest of finishing any books start to finish until this one. Which means I went through all 9 chapters. Well organized structure and touching personal and successful stories of not just the author but also the other men he helped. I want to celebrate that I’ve finished this book to understand that if other men can overcome this addiction, then it’s possible that many more will too. With discipline, consistency, responsibility, and God’s grace and mercy.

ABOUT SATHIYA SAM

ABOUT SATHIYA SAM

For fifteen years, Sathiya Sam lived a double life.

On the outside, he was a committed Christian, deeply involved in church, preparing for ministry, and passionate about honoring God with his life.

In private, he was trapped in a cycle he couldn’t break.

Sathiya was first exposed to pornography at 11 years old.

What began as curiosity quietly grew into a long-term addiction marked by shame, anxiety, isolation, and a constant fear of being discovered.

He tried everything men are told to try—filters, accountability, willpower, praying harder—but nothing produced lasting change.

The turning point didn’t come from more discipline.

It came after failure.

After nine months clean, convinced he had finally “won,” Sathiya relapsed during a season of intense stress. That moment forced a hard realization: what he was doing wasn’t enough—and isolation was costing him more than the addiction itself.

Instead of hiding, he told the truth to someone he trusted.

That decision broke shame’s grip and began a new kind of recovery—one rooted in faith, honesty, neuroscience, and real human connection. In February 2016, Sathiya experienced his final relapse.

He hasn’t returned since.

Today, Sathiya has helped thousands of men pursue lasting freedom from pornography, including NBA & NFL Athletes, Fortune 5000 CEOs, and NBC News Anchors.

He is the founder of the DeepClean™ recovery system, host of The Man Within podcast, a former university researcher and pastor, and an international speaker.

But The Last Relapse is not a victory lap.

It’s the framework Sathiya wishes he had years earlier—the principles, inner shifts, and practical strategies that finally made freedom sustainable.

This book isn’t about trying harder.

It’s about understanding what actually keeps men stuck—and what finally sets them free.
