At DeepClean™ Coaching Inc. (“DeepClean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, educational content, courses, memberships, programs, and resources designed to support personal growth and recovery.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following Refund Policy.

GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of purchase, all purchases are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• coaching programs,

• memberships,

• subscriptions,

• digital products,

• courses,

• bundles,

• events,

• workshops,

• and downloadable resources.

This policy exists because our services often include immediate access to proprietary content, digital materials, coaching resources, community access, and intellectual property.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Certain services or promotions may include a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If a guarantee applies, it will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

DeepClean™ Coaching Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue guarantees for future purchases or promotions at any time.

If a qualifying guarantee applies, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, refunds may not be available once:

• materials have been accessed,

• downloads have been delivered,

• recordings have been viewed,

• coaching calls have occurred,

• or membership/community access has been granted.

Access to digital content constitutes delivery of the product or service.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time unless otherwise specified at the time of enrollment.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not:

• refund prior payments,

• cancel outstanding payment obligations,

• or prorate unused time remaining in the current billing cycle.

After cancellation, access to subscription services will continue through the end of the active paid billing period.

NO PRORATED REFUNDS

We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used services, memberships, subscriptions, coaching programs, or digital products.

Fees reflect access to DeepClean™ Coaching Inc.’s proprietary coaching, educational materials, resources, and community from the time of purchase.

EVENT REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY

Except where required by law, registrations for live events, retreats, workshops, or in-person experiences are non-refundable.

Due to limited capacity, venue commitments, staffing, and event planning costs, refunds are generally not available once registration is completed.

EVENT TRANSFER

If you are unable to attend an event, you may request to transfer your registration to another individual.

Transfer requests:

• must be submitted in writing;

• must be submitted at least 14 days before the event start date; and

• are subject to approval by DeepClean™ Coaching Inc.

Transfers requested within 14 days of the event start date may not be permitted.

EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER

By attending any event hosted by DeepClean™ Coaching Inc., you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you assume responsibility for your own health, safety, travel, accommodations, and personal belongings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepClean™ Coaching Inc. is not responsible for:

• personal injury,

• illness,

• property damage,

• travel disruptions,

• cancellations,

• or other losses related to participation in an event.

COMMITMENT TO RESULTS

We believe our services can provide valuable tools, guidance, and support.

However:

• individual results vary,

• success depends on many personal factors,

• and we do not guarantee specific outcomes, transformations, recovery results, emotional outcomes, business results, or life changes.

Participation in our services does not guarantee success of any kind.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By purchasing our services, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• suspension of access,

• termination of services,

• revocation of community access,

• or additional collection efforts where permitted by law.

SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue services, programs, memberships, or features at any time.

Such modifications do not automatically entitle users to refunds.

POLICY CHANGES

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Any changes will apply to future purchases unless otherwise required by law.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
